3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information for your project
• Make timely payments as per the agreed schedule
• Provide feedback and approvals in a timely manner
• Own all rights to materials provided to us for your project
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Intellectual Property Rights

4.1 Client Materials

You retain all rights to the materials you provide to us, including text, images, logos, and other content.

4.2 Our Work

Upon full payment of all fees, we transfer all rights to the final deliverables to you, excluding:

• Pre-existing materials we own
• Third-party materials used in your project
• Our proprietary tools, frameworks, and methodologies

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are as follows:

• 50% deposit before work begins
• 25% upon approval of design mockups
• 25% upon project completion and before delivery
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) unless otherwise specified
• Additional work outside the agreed scope will be billed separately

6. Project Timeline

Project timelines are estimates based on the information provided. Delays caused by client feedback, content delays, or changes in scope may affect the completion date. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

7. Revisions and Changes

We include a reasonable number of revisions in our service packages. Additional revisions may incur extra charges. Any changes to the project scope after work has begun must be agreed upon in writing and may affect the project timeline and cost.

8. Confidentiality

We agree to keep all client information confidential and not disclose it to third parties except as necessary to provide our services or as required by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexora Global shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services.

10. Warranty and Support

We provide a 30-day warranty period for our work, during which we will fix any bugs or errors at no additional cost. After this period, support is available through our maintenance plans. We do not guarantee compatibility with all browsers or devices, though we make reasonable efforts to ensure compatibility.

11. Third-Party Services

Our services may include integration with third-party services (hosting, domains, payment gateways, etc.). We are not responsible for the performance, reliability, or security of these third-party services.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. In case of termination by the client, the client is responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
